Deliveries

How will I receive my item?

We endeavour to dispatch your goods within 2 working days by the First Class Royal Mail Signed For service.
All orders require a signature so please ensure the delivery address given will have someone to sign for it.
Any orders that the Royal Mail are unable to deliver will be returned to your local sorting office for your collection. The Royal Mail only hold parcels for one week, thereafter the package is returned to us.
Should this happen you will be expected to pay over the phone card payment, the charges for re-delivery.

Next day delivery

If an item has been requested by next day delivery, it is vital that you call the store on 01179 698084 to check our stock level (BEFORE) you place your order. This will ensure that your next day delivery request can be fulfilled.

When using Royal Mails next day delivery service, they take responsibility for the delivery once it has been accepted by the post office. They must get your item to you by the next day. We cannot be held responsible for any Royal Mail errors or delays.

Next day delivery is only available Monday to Thursday and will only be accepted and honoured on orders completed by 4.45PM. If you place an order after this time without contacting us we cannot guarantee your order will reach you on the next day.

We offer a Guaranteed Saturday delivery service, but it is essential that you contact the store on 01179 698084 when placing your order to ensure we can fulfill your order and set the delivery time.

Becky’s Boutiques returns policy

We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure the garments are in great condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered damaged, we ask that you please contact us as soon as you have received and inspected the item.

Exchanges and returns

Our policy is to offer a quick and easy exchange service and we endeavor to get your item in your hands within 24 hours.

We also offer instant credit notes when your ‘returned items’ have arrived back with us, so you can choose an alternative in your own time.

Grooming products, pierced jewellery or swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.

Shoes must be tried on indoors.

Items must have all original Becky’s Boutiques tags attached as provided.

Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. We advise you to return your parcel via a tracked and signed for service to avoid items being lost on their way back to Becky’s Boutiques. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to process your return as your item is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Refunds

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned parcels are normally refunded within 14 days of posting, however, in the event of a delay in receiving the parcel this may take up to a maximum of 28 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.

You also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Please see ‘Right to cancel (EU customers) for details.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

Please be careful when trying on items as we inspect and check all returned items thoroughly for evidence of being worn, washed or staining.

If the item is found not to be in a saleable condition we will deduct the equivalent cost from the refund up to 100% of the cost of the item.

We reserve the right ‘not to refund you’ if your returned goods do not meet the terms of our returns policy.

Becky’s Boutiques take no responsibility if the garment is damaged through incorrect methods of washing.

Becky’s Boutiques take no responsibility if the garment is damaged whilst in care of dry cleaners – please select your dry cleaner wisely. We are not responsible and will not take liability if your selected dry cleaner damages the garment and/or neglects to read the washing instruction, or use poor/incorrect chemicals on the garment, or handle the garment without due care.

Conformity of goods

We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publishing online. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system you are using.
