We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned parcels are normally refunded within 14 days of posting, however, in the event of a delay in receiving the parcel this may take up to a maximum of 28 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.
You also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Please see ‘Right to cancel (EU customers) for details.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Please be careful when trying on items as we inspect and check all returned items thoroughly for evidence of being worn, washed or staining.
If the item is found not to be in a saleable condition we will deduct the equivalent cost from the refund up to 100% of the cost of the item.
We reserve the right ‘not to refund you’ if your returned goods do not meet the terms of our returns policy.

Becky’s Boutiques take no responsibility if the garment is damaged whilst in care of dry cleaners – please select your dry cleaner wisely. We are not responsible and will not take liability if your selected dry cleaner damages the garment and/or neglects to read the washing instruction, or use poor/incorrect chemicals on the garment, or handle the garment without due care.
