We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure the garments are in great condition. However, in the unlikely case of an item being delivered damaged, we ask that you please contact us as soon as you have received and inspected the item.
Exchanges and returns
Our policy is to offer a quick and easy exchange service and we endeavor to get your item in your hands within 24 hours.
We also offer instant credit notes when your ‘returned items’ have arrived back with us, so you can choose an alternative in your own time.
Grooming products,jewellery or swimwear cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons. We do not refund for these items.

Items must have all original Becky’s Boutiques tags attached as provided.
Items must be returned at the customer’s expense. We advise you to return your parcel via a tracked with Royal Mail and signed for service to avoid items being lost on their way back to Becky’s Boutiques.All returns customers is responsible untill Beckys boutiques sign for it Failure to do so will result in us not being able to process your return as your item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
