Refunds UPDATE –
The Coronavirus pandemic, which has emerged over the last couple of weeks, has resulted in us making changes to our everyday lives. At Beckys Dresses, our number one priority is the health of our colleagues and customers, therefore we’ve been monitoring the situation closely each day.
We have made the difficult decision to close many of our our offices which includes the HR finance department temporarily, to ensure all staff are at home with their families. In the result of this, there may be a slight delay with refunds.
However, credit notes and exchanges are still automatic and offered for the time-being. Please email email@example.com for this.
We understand this may be frustrating for you, and we will get this up and running as soon as possible.
beckysboutiques.com remains open online and with our usual delivery services. Our customer service team can advise you on orders however, please bare with us as replies may take a little longer than usual.

We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned parcels are normally refunded within 14 days of posting, however, in the event of a delay in receiving the parcel this may take up to a maximum of 28 days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
Please also note that items must be returned with all of the barcode tags intact and with the despatch note you received enclosed.
PLEASE NOTE – IF THE ITEM IS A SALE ITEM, THE REFUND WILL BE MADE IN STORE CREDIT ALTERNATIVELY IT CAN BE RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE.

You also have the right to cancel your contract with us and return your items by post within 14 calendar days from the day after the date you received your order. Please see ‘Right to cancel (EU customers) for details.
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Please be careful when trying on items as we inspect and check all returned items thoroughly for evidence of being worn, washed or staining.
If the item is found not to be in a saleable condition we will deduct the equivalent cost from the refund up to 100% of the cost of the item.or return the worn item
We reserve the right ‘not to refund you’ if your returned goods do not meet the terms of our returns policy.
Becky’s Boutiques take no responsibility if the garment is damaged through incorrect methods of washing.
Becky’s Boutiques take no responsibility if the garment is damaged whilst in care of dry cleaners – please select your dry cleaner wisely. We are not responsible and will not take liability if your selected dry cleaner damages the garment and/or neglects to read the washing instruction, or use poor/incorrect chemicals on the garment, or handle the garment without due care.
